Customer service deserves a special mention. I ran into an E020 error because I forgot to install the throttle, and I received a helpful response within just 10 minutes—super impressed!

zephyr x20 is the perfect trendy little electric beach cruiser getting around the Gold Coast esplanade easily reaching 45 km/h if needed Great value for money and styling staff at zephyr are very helpful and confident in there model . Excellent purchase. I needed this just to get around to my friends property and around my 40acres easily. Due to not being able to drive right now because of a medical condition this makes it easy to get around. The company was helpful every step of the way before and after sales. If I had to say anything negative the seat is deceiving and looks comfortable. After 30 mins my butt hurts. But really small things
