WARRANTY OVERVIEW

Warranty- Frame 1 year , Motor 1 year, battery 12 months, controller/display 12 months. 

Coverage

What We Cover:

  • Manufacturer faults, defects, and failures
  • Original purchasers with a valid receipt

What We Don't Cover:

  • Misuse (e.g., jumps, impact, collision, freestyle activities)
  • Natural disasters
  • External elements causing damage (e.g., rust, stains)
  • Foreign objects or debris
  • Incorrect fitment, installation, or assembly of bike
  • Unauthorized repairs or services
  • Freight or transport (consider shipping insurance)
  • Wear and tear items (e.g., tires, tubes, brake pads) 
  • Modifications or DIY installations not supplied by Zephyr
  • Packaging for returning items for repairs

Claims

Eligibility:

  • Be the original purchaser with a valid receipt
  • Lodge your claim within the warranty period from the purchase date

Steps to Take:

  • Contact our team to diagnose the problem and complete a Service Request.
  • If it's a manufacturer fault, we will ship a replacement part, direct you to a dealer, or in extreme cases, arrange a return at our expense.

Note: Items returned for repairs must be securely packed. Damages during freight are not covered by Zephyr.

Warranty Void

Modifications or use of non-Zephyr parts void the warranty and can pose serious safety risks. We do not cover issues arising from such alterations, including but not limited to, the battery, motor, controller, transmission, suspension, and braking systems.
