✅ Pre-Shipping Quality Assurance
All bikes are thoroughly checked and confirmed to be in perfect working order before being shipped from our warehouse. Once your bike is handed over to our delivery partners, it is completely in their care. Zephyr Ebikes is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process, as we have no control over how courier services handle packages in transit.
If your bike arrives damaged due to shipping, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement. However, we stand behind our products and will cover shipping-related damage through our warranty program. Please contact us immediately at director@zephyrebikes.com with photos and a detailed explanation of the damage, and we will arrange for replacement parts to be shipped to you at no charge.
🚚 Free Shipping on Most Orders
We proudly offer free shipping to most locations across Australia. However, due to recent increases in courier costs, additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Western Australia (WA) and Tasmania (TAS). These charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
📍 Please Double-Check Your Address
Before completing your purchase, please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Zephyr Ebikes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect or outdated address details. Orders shipped to an incorrect address will not be replaced unless the error was made on our end.
⚙️ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and handed to our logistics partners within 48 business hours of purchase. Once your item ships, you'll receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.
🚛 Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days from the date your order leaves the warehouse. Please be aware that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier performance. Deliveries to WA and TAS may take slightly longer due to distance and transport logistics.
📦 Shipping Delays & Refunds
Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse, the logistics company has full control of the delivery process. Zephyr Ebikes is not liable for shipping delays and does not provide refunds for delayed deliveries, as we have no control over courier operations once the item is in transit. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
🛃 Customs & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their region. Zephyr Ebikes is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
